Project Management

In our opinion, Project Management is a tough discipline to master! Each project is different, requiring different approaches to mastering them. Hopefully, the more projects you do, the better knowledge base you develop of solutions to project problems. 

We have experience in a range of different projects:

  • Software License Reviews - Each of the 330+ reviews we have ran were each like a mini-project, with a budget, stakeholders, timetable and deliverables

  • Census 2011 - Leading work streams as part of the UK Government Population Census

  • Global Insurance System - Project involving several countries, to build an MQ based network for exchanging insurance documents for Corporate customers     

As well as the experience of running projects, it is essential to have some training in formal methods, to provide the grounding. We have experience in some of the best:
